Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer standard affordable domestic and international shipping with tracking on all orders to 39 countries. We want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way we like it.

We also offer other expedited shipping options like DHL, Fedex and UPS.

For Non-US customers, please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

In addition to the United States, we offer standard low-cost shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom and Vietnam.

What are your usual shipping and processing times?

Processing Times:
Orders usually take 3-5 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard shipping with tracking: 10 to 20 business days
  • Expedited shipping with tracking: 4 to 7 business days

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automated notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays: In some instances, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.


Due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, our fulfillment center is operating on a limited shipping schedule, in order to ensure the safety of our warehouse employees and front-line staff.

As such, orders may take somewhat longer to arrive than our usual expedited turnaround schedule:

  • We are shipping orders on a twice weekly schedule.
  • Orders may have up to a 5 day turnaround time.
